My experience with the transport process far exceeded my expecations. Capitol Auto Transport returned my call immediately and explained the whole process from start to end. We agreed on a starting bid and within hours had identified the trucking company and arranged a pickup time. I received detailed information on the history. the insurance, and the rating of the trucking company. After pickup, I received a call estimating the time of arrival and another call in the morning to confirm arrival in 30 minutes. There were no surprises and no hidden costs. This was an in-state transport of about 700 miles, but the time between pickup and delivery was less than 24 hrs with no problems whatsoever. I would definitely use Capitol Auto Transport again and would recommend them to anyone interested in making the shipment of their auto/truck as painless and reliable as possible.
