Andy was very open and honest about the process and responsive throughout. I had the impression he was doing his best to find the best driver at a reasonable rate. The driver called and asked to pick up a day early but was open to the scheduled day if it did not work for me. They were courteous and kept me in the loop in terms of arrival. I have one more car to ship and I will use Capitol Auto Transport!
