I was in a tight spot. I had to move across the country in less than a week. The transport service I was previously working with still had not contracted out a carrier. I called my household goods moving company to ask if they new anyone who could get this job done in such a short amount of time. My phone number was given to Capitol Auto. In less than an hour, I received a call from Dakota. I explained my situation and the time constraints involved. He gave me a backgound of the company, an inside look at the industry as a whole and an honest qoute. Within days he researched a carrier and provided their background information. I agreed to the contract and my car was picked up on-time and delivered early with no damage. Dakota was able to do in a few days what another company could not do with multiple weeks! I am very impressed with his abilities. Dakota got me out of a tough situation and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I did not feel worried about my car making a cross country trip because I knew Dakota had my back. I move a lot for my job. When I move again in a few years, this is the auto transport company I will be using. No doubt, the easiest experience I had with a moving company. Thanks Dakota!
