Mike Dakota of Capitol Auto Transport as incredibly helpful. The whole process, from first contacting Mike Dakota of CAT, to the time the car was delivered was organized over email in less than a week. I was living in Papua New Guinea during this process, but I felt confident that Mike would handle things in my best interest and he did. CAT only works with AAA carriers with impeccable ratings, they won't just hire any carrier to transport your car. Once CAT has a carrier at the agreed price, they email you the carriers insurance cert. and other details so you can verify their industry standing. Once you agree to the carrier ONLY then do they take your credit card deposit. Then CAT emails you all the drivers contact details, including mobile phone so you can call the driver at anytime to verify pick-up and delivery times, or just to wish the diver a safe drive - which they appreciate.(as i found out) Look no further than Capitol Auto Transport, and ask for Mike if you want strait, honest advice. He's not just there to take you money, but will work with you to accommodate your schedule, budget and your timeline. REMEMBER, if you want a fast delivery, your going to have to pay more than the standard quote, but Mike will work with you on this, and won't just take your money and leave you waiting by the phone! DON'T GIVE A DEPOSIT TO ANY COMPANY TILL YOUR CARRIER IS CONFIRMED!! At Capitol Auto, this is standard procedure, with most other brokers, they'll take your money and leave you waiting, low ball quotes by companies are there to lure you in so they can take your deposit and provide you with poor service, don't be fooled, don't waste your time with any one else, GO CAPITOL AUTO TRANSPORT!!
