This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle. I was nervous about it as i had read some horror stories on line. I got lucky and picked the right company because everything went smooth and the price was more than fair. Right from the very beginning I communicated with Andy and we felt that he was really listening to us regarding our needs. He stayed on top of things and found us what we wanted. When he found us a carrier, he informed us that the price would be a little more than he quoted and agreed to split the difference with us. He was more than fair and told us about the price difference up front. There were no suprises at the end. We knew what the cost would be and that was what we paid. We are getting ready to ship our second vehicle with Capital Auto Transport. Thank you Andy for making this a very smooth first experience!
