Cat , sorry for delay - I been and still am in the high sea in a friends yacht . Your service has been absolutely fabulous - instant responses , following up on every detail,adjusting to my needs , finding alternatives , transparent in your dealings , attentive , great charm and communicating skills . An outstanding experience on my end .-As far as the carrier : he was on time for pick up , he waited for three hours to find a solution with BMW Road Assistance to get the M6 started - so I greatly appreciate his effort .:-
