The customer is 100% right. Based on Wayne's experience a 2 star review is probably generous.
The carrier had requested more money for the transport. I had advised Wayne in an e-mail that my advice would be to wait for another option on the basis that they have only 32 ratings and we had not used them before this does not warrant asking me for more money...
If the carrier had 200 ratings and we had previous dealings with them then we would make the offer to the client but in this case I wanted to wait, despite the fact Wayne was eager to get the car and we wanted to get the vehicle assigned to a carrier asap.
It is my job as your broker NOT to hire cowboys, we are only as good as the carriers we hire.
The carrier called the following day and requested the load at the price we were offering. Unfortunately we had a carrier ask for the job whom we would have preferred but they never sent us the required insurance. As Cat and I dispatch, Ed never knew we had a second carrier, whom we ultimately hired.
There is nothing I can do except apologise to Wayne, he had the kind of experience we warn people of!

Dear Capitol Auto Transport,
This is Amir Temur inc and I'm very sorry about the complaints you recieved from
Wayne Zimmers. We are a new company and we didn't know that the driver was not as
accuarate as we thought. I don't want to lose contact with you and i wish to work with you
in the future. As a result, i decided to change the driver for the good of my company and
once again, I apologize. I tried to call Mr/Ms.Wayne Zimmers but i recieved no answer.
Therefore, i will try to call him/her again. At the moment, I will email him/her about my
apology for my driver.
