I had never arranged for an auto pick-up and delivery before. Ed was great as he explained the process and made sure that everything was done right. He took time to go over the details and he asked questions to make sure that we didn't encounter any surprises. We were transporting a car for an employee who passed away while on the job, so we didn't want any problems when delivering the car to his widow. Ed took care of everything and the car arrived on time as promised!
