Being very meticulous person and reading about this whole transport business in general, I was very leery and mistrustful about the whole sceario right from the getgo. As is my nature, I thoroughly investigated the companies with whom I was considering doing business and checked references. I was very confident after choosing Capitol Auto Transport and my confidence was rewarded with excellent service!
Cat was phenonomal in her expertise, attention to detail, information provided in a timely fashion and follow up. She made all the correct decisions on my behalf and oversaw the process from start to finish and expedited everything in a transparent and professional manner.
Having never had to utilize the transport business before and having to move my daughters new car from Michigan to Arizona, I was very uncomfortable with the whole process and worried about the timeliness and the condition of the car upon arrival, not to mention the cost. In hindsight, it was needless as all worked extremely satisfactorily and professionally. I would not hesitate to use Capitol Auto Transport again and would entrust all the details to Cat. She was wonderful!
