This was the first time I have had a vehicle transported, and the entire process was very intimidating. Bruce took the time to explain everything to me before we ever even agreed to use his services. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and made me feel as though he would care for it as if it was his own. I had been contacted by many other transport companies, and many of them made me feel like they expected me to know what was going on already. The carrier was Rick Bedow Trucking, Rick contacted me before the pick up day and again on the pick up day to let me know where he was in relation to my house. My car is a 1965 Chevy Corvair that doesn't run. When Rick realized that the winch was likely going to damage my car, he stopped immediately and then he and his co-driver moved my car the rest of the way by hand, ensuring that it would arrive in the same condition it left in. The delivery address was in a very remote area that I was sure they would not be able to get the trailer into, however, they delivered my car exactly where I wanted it. Over all I would recommend Capitol Auto Transport to anyone. and when the time comes to move again I will use them again myself.
