I had a friend that transported a vehicle from Florida to Wisconsin and had a bad experience. He was on the phone constantly trying to find out what was going on. He ended up contacting CAT but because he put down a deposit with another broker they could not do much. He eventually did get his vehicle but it took over two weeks and several phone calls. When I needed to transport a vehicle I called CAT first. Mike Dakota from CAT told me what was going to happen, how the transport industry works and kept me informed all the way. The carrier they used (Dufrane Moving) was awesome. Once they picked up the vehicle they contacted me directly and kept me infomed of where they were and when the vehicle would be delivered. They were on time and very professional.
