DELIVERY, PAYMENT, BROKER ISSUES

The payment process is convoluted. I did not want to give the guy cash because of the dishonesty of the broker. He claimed that the car did not need to be empty for shipping because it would be transported by train. When the guy came to pick up the vehicle, he made me take everything out and it cost me about $400.00 in shipping. In addition, I used the online system for payment as directed by the company. It never sent an email confirmation but the funds were taken out of my account - TWICE. Because I did not have the confirmation, they would not release the vehicle and charged me $175.00 for re-delivery. I instructed them to return the extra payment and they said they could not do anything about it. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I am dying to see if they damaged or stole items or damaged. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
