I shipped on CAA via Mercury Transportation. After reading the reviews on this site, I was concerned about the state of my car but it arrived on the day Mercury/CAA indicated, the car was not damaged at all and there were no extra fees at the time of pick up. The car was dirty as it was on a open trailer but no worse for wear. I would definitely use Mercury again and hopefully CAA will do as good a job. For people doing this for the first time, be prepared that there are multiple brokers and carriers that might handle your car. I think there might have been 4 entities between ordering, pickup and delivery that might have handled the vehicle.
