Lisa Zimmerman was responsible for having a driver deliver a Harley davidson motorcycle from TX to OK in December of 2011. When the bike arrived at our residence, it was missing the windshield, which the driver did not secure properly or take off. We were told by Lisa on the phone (and by emails later in the week) that she was filing a claim with her insurance and the matter would be handled promptly. Soon she stopped returning our emails and calls, and has never reimbused us for the windshield. We were out the FULL cost of shipping PLUS the $380 for a new windshield! DO NOT let this woman rip you off! She lied to us and I don't want someone else to get scammed by her or her so-called company!
