Horrible experience for too much money.

I can't give them a 0 because Carla, their rep is the nicest woman in the world. She tries to be helpful but car shipping politics at this place suck. they claim you'll get 8-12 hours notice before they pick up your car i got 20min the first time and when i couldnt make that i got 45 min notice when they reposted for me. My car was susposed to be shipped to L.A. but due to miscommunication between bullseye and the company they contracted my car was shipped to San Francisco. i had to live a week in L.A. not knowing where my car was because when i tried contacting them no one would pick up or return my calls for two days. Once i found out my car was in storage the most help bullseye could do was dump the responsibility of contacting the shippers they contracted on me. Mind you the man who dispatches for that company barely speaks english and once i finally got through to someone who could understand me and who i could understand the only thing they offered was to pay the storage fee and ship my car 6 days after i'd already been without it for a week. Luckily i had a friend in SF who picked it up for me and i then had to fly to SF and drive back to LA only to find upon getting my car that somewhere in the shipping/storing process they had managed to break my headlight, horn, licenseplate spring, and brand new exhaust pipes. I paid around 1200 dollars to this company just to ship my car then another 200 to fly to pick it up and drive back and will have to pay much more to repair the damage they did to it because when i called to inform bullseye of the damage and inconvience their only response was to once again refer me to the non-english speaking man they contracted to ship and destroy my car. Filing a claim with them has proven to be fruitless as they have stopped returning my calls and put me on hold which ultimately disconnects me when they do pick up. all in all A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE

This transport was not very smooth at all for our customer. Industry standards are provided to our customers; however, we can not make all trucking companies comply with notification times, we do the very best we can. It is true that the dispatcher for the trucking company mis-communicated the delivery location to his driver, all unbeknownst to Bullseye. Once the mistake was tracked down, the resolution was implemented. We did point our customer in the
