In June 2005, I purchased a 1973 Corvette Stingray off of eBay. I had originally picked another company (as I had not yet discovered Auto Transport Reviews) and they charged my credit card the full amount of the transport and never found me a transport (after 3 weeks of waiting - and they must be bad - they are not even mentioned anywhere in these reviews!). Consequently, I cancelled that order (at least I got my money back) and after finally finding this website, and contacting a few other places, I decided to go with Bullseye. From the get-go, Carla was fantastic! It still took a couple of weeks to get a transport, and just as I was about to give up hope and cancel that order, Carla was able to facilitate getting the vehicle from Michigan to California. Due to the remote area I live in, I was going to have to drive 300 miles to pick it up, but then Carla came through again and found someone to bring the vehicle to my house. There were a few problems with the transport, unfortunately - the company who was transporting the car left a day later than anticipated, they tore up the yard of the folks I purchased the vehicle from, and at some point between Michigan and Sparks, Nevada, the driver's side door on my car was gouged pretty badly. (The one good thing - they did get from Michigan to Nevada in 2 1/2 days.) Mike, of MCT Trucking, who was to be bringing the vehicle to my home, picked the vehicle up in Sparks, in a very bad storm, and called me several times to let me know what was going on, as he was taking the car to his place in Redding, CA. I did have to wait for him a couple of extra days, but he promised that I would have the car by 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning (August 1, 2005), and I did. There was an extra charge for Mike to bring the vehicle, but it actually would have cost me more to go get it in Redding, so I was more than happy to pay it, and gave Mike a tip for being so helpful. So, from the time Carla coordinated everything with the transport to my receipt of the car, it was about 7 days. I let Carla know about the claim I need to file for the door and she was most helpful. I know things could have gone better, but all things considered, I am very pleased with Bullseye, and if I hadn't spent all my money on transporting the car, I definitely would have sent Carla a bouquet. She is very compassionate and sensitive to people's needs and I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again if the need arises.
