Attempted to upcharge me $300 the day before pick up. Terrible blatant manipulative sales tactics, poor communication, foul play. I signed a contract for $500 for my shipment a week prior to my desired pick up date and made an intial payment of $100. I kept requesting information about my driver pick up. The day before my desired pick up date, they call me and tell me I have 2 options- one driver for a total of ~$900 and another for a total of 799. I told them no to both because I agreed to 500. They had awful customer service and used terrible blatant sales tactics to try intimidate me into pay the higher price. I ended up cancelling my order. This company is not transparent, uses manipulative sales tactics, requires an initial deposit, does not have good communication, and does not stick to the agreed upon price. If you want to get screwed over, this is the auto broker for you.
