Brightstar, as the Broker, actually did what they told me they would do. I was very pleased. I had never shipped a car before so, I was very nervous about the process. I was told by many other companies to be carefull who I chose. In the end, I chose Brightstar and it could not have worked out better. My car was picked up as promised and delivered as promised. There was no damage to my car whatsoever. It was a Lexus ES 300. The cost was very reasonable as well. I was in contact with the truck driver the whole time - The Trucking company was Best Transport and they did a great job!! The driver, Edgar, was the BEST. Very highly recomended!
