As you read the reviews of the various companies, you almost want to go pick up the car yourself. However, these guys really delivered. At first I was skeptical. The said they couldn't meet the dates and the quote - they must be brokers who broker between the driver and the customer. Ultimately they found a driver who could pick up on the date we wanted and honored the price we agreed to. The only other issue was they charged my credit card twice - so pay attention. I expect that to be resolved. Overall, outstanding experience (pending the resolution of my double charge).
