After multiple failed attempts at getting my car shipped by other companies I finally called Boss Auto transport and was lucky enough to be put in touch with Elizabeth. With my husband deployed and no one available to assist me, she was upfront and honest with me and told me that my car wasn't getting picked up because the price originally quoted was not profitable enough for the transporters. She negotiated favorably on my behalf and provided me daily updates until my car was delivered to me. Car was shipped from CO to CA within three days.
