I goggled transportation companies and several companies will call you and give you a quote to transport your vehicle. I chose this company because the broker appeared to be assuring and professional. His quote was very competitive. After I committed, I was rushed thru the process to give my deposit and to signed the contract/agreement.
I was sent a email stating that my car was dispatched on the 23rd and would be picked up on the 25th,"Vehicle Information:
Vehicle: 2007 BMW 335i
Pick Up City: Houston, TX
Estimated load date: 10/25/13
Drop Off City: Conyers, GA
Estimated delivery date: 10/28/13
My vehicle was picked up on 27th and today is the October 30th, 2013 and my car is still not delivered.
The Broker "Peter Vareles" will not return my calls or emails and the Driver will not answer the phone or return my calls.
I am put in a situation that Have to incur cost to rent a car with the hopes of ever receiving my car. Once you hire a company thru a broker who is your first point of contact. You have no other way of know if you will ever see your car again and no one is working on your behalf to make sure that the Contract is carried thru.
