"IRATE" YOU SAY??? i'LL TELL YOU WHY...MY BMW IS STILL NOT FIXED AFTER TWO WEEKS. NO DAMAGE ON VEHICLE??? ANYONE WHO CONTACTS ME WILL SEE PICTURES AND AN INSURANCE REPORT. BOTH BOCA AND THE CARRIER ARE TRYING TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS??? WELL, I ALREADY TOLD YOU BOCA "CONVENIENTLY" STEPPED OUT OF THE PICTURE AND THE CARRIERS INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE DOES NOT COVER THE $1200 OF DAMAGE! STILL DON'T KNOW WHY YOUR FORMER CUSTOMER IS "IRATE"??? AND PLEASE...STOP WITH THE PHONY "SATISFACTION" CLAIMS...YOUR AVERAGES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!

As we previously told the customer, the vehicle is covered under the carrier's insurance policy and there is nothing that Boca Transport can do other than send the carrier's insurance information to the customer (Which we did). We also spoke to the carrier for them, and they faxed us the vehicle inspection report which was signed by the customer showing no damage. The carrier stated that they are sending out an adjuster to inspect the vehicle and they will handle the situation accordingly. As of this moment, the customer did not pay the carrier to transport the call. The carrier and Boca Transport have been extremely helpful and understanding despite the customers foul language and refusal to discuss the situation professionally.
