Bluestar Auto Movers is to be commended on their Customer Service, dispatch service & prompt delivery! Every person I spoke to at BAM was knowledgeable & patient with all my transport questions. They returned my phone calls within 24 hours maximum. Savannah knew where my car was every step of the way. I never worried about the care or safety of my car because BAM assured me all was well by NEVER letting me roll into voice mail; no automated voice or getting lost in a bunch of red tape...
Due to unforeseen circumstances, two companies transported my car: Express Auto Transport & ABC Logistics. Kudos to Aaron of Express Auto & Alex of ABC Logistics. Both of these drivers were professional, courteous & prompt! My car is dirty but arrived in Los Angeles in perfect condition! If you ever need to transport a vehicle locally or coast to coast, Bluestar Auto Movers will get the job done!! When I move again, BAM will be the first & only company I call...
