Integrity, honesty as well as friendly and fast service over the internet, who would ever expect all that.The contract which we agreed on was sent via e-mail for my son-in-law and daughter to review. Blue Star Auto contacted my son-in-law and let him kknow If there would be any changes he would be notified before they were made. Everything that was quoted to them and the processes that would take place all happened as Blue Star Auto said they would, even that call for a possible change..The driver was done with his pickups in Detroit and his supervisor gave us a call explaining the situation and asked if it would be ok with us for him to arrive early.We gave the ok and he arrived as scheduled,checked the vehicle, loaded it and we signed off and it arrived before my daughter got to Washigton. She was happy that all she had to do was pick up the phone and let them know she was ready to receive her vehicle and they brought it to her drive way. What better service could anyone ask for.....EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
