I spent 2-1/2 weeks with another company by the name of "National Auto Transport" which is on here and has horrible reviews. When I called Bluestar, Frank pretty much told me EVERYTHING about how the auto transport business works. He didn't bullshit is way thru and even after I gave him my deposit he said to contact him if any issues and didn't just disappear on me like the other auto transport company did. I've learned so much in the past month. Just some advice don't let those "cheaper" quotes make you go with a company because most likely your car won't get picked up. Frank, Arial and Jason were very helpful and the driver by the name of Bob was a nice guy.
