67 Camaro Shipment Response to Possible Damage -Blue Star Customer Service

I shooped around, called, and e-mailed several transport companies, as well as read reviews on this site. Blue Star Auto Movers was by far the most cooperative and responsive. Only very minor differences were found with regard to price, however many were somewhat hesitant to even adamantly unwilling to provide any written documentation for review (such as insurance, terms and conditions, licensing) prior to receiving a committment and credit card number. Blue Star responded to every request, answered all my questions and provided everything I wanted to see - promptly and without hesitation. Due to such, I chose Blue Star Auto Movers.
Within a very short time after I committed to Blue Star they began coordinating the pick up. Staying infomred of ETA was easy, and the driver communicated regularly and directly with me during the 24 hours prior to delivery so I was able to go about my day, knowing the status.
I received the car late Friday night, just down the street at a middle school and drove it home. Once in the garage I noticed damage to the driver's side door that had not been there when personally inspecting the car in WA a few weeks earlier. I called Blue Star on Monday and almost immediately received a response. They contnued to follow up with both myself and the driver of the transport company. I did not have to argue with or chase anyone, nor received any resistance. Needless to say I was quite impressed to this point. As it turned out, a few days later someone unexpectedly shared some photos via e-mail of my car that they had taken earlier, the day of pick-up - and the damage in question was there. So Blue Star's carrier was not responsible for any damage after all. Blue Star's service I felt was very commendable and impressive, especially in their forthcoming willingness to assist and resolve what we had thought to be shipping damage. Blue Star was actually following up with me via e-mail and telephone, on their own accord, staying right on top of the situation - just as they had prior to the sale and during the shipment. Based upon my experience I would recommend them to anyone. For the next auto purchase / transport I will not hesitate to use Blue Star Auto Movers once again. In fact, there will be no shopping around. I'll stick with the professional service every time!
