I had a nightmare experience with these ladies...especially foul-mouthed Barbara. My car was set to be shipped out here within one week and it sat on their lot for six weeks before they finally sent it out here. I was given a different excuse every time I called. "The trucks are on their way back in town and you are next" "all of the trucks are now getting repaired" "if you had paid more for your shipping, it would have gotten to you sooner". Heard all of these things plus much more repeatedly. SOme of the women are nice on the phone, but they are just lying all of the time...not sure how these women live with themselves. Barbara was the worst..she would curse, call you names and hang up on you, just for inquiring about your vehicle which is sitting in limbo on their lot. I have never dealt with such trash...I actually feel sorry for her. They placed all of the blame on the brokers for setting it up with them and the brokers placed all of the blame on them. It is some sick system they must have worked out to screw people and shift blame.
I was turned onto them by a broker named Autotrail Transporters, who are just as awful to deal with. I wish I would have found this site beofre I ever chose these companies to deal with. I am sure that they will read this and reply with their same blame on the other. Oh...and they love to tell you that they have 60 days by law to get your car to you before you can sue them.
