What a rip off and rude! Quoted $590 which include a $290 deposit. Ended up costing me $1490, they didn't notify me of any price changes and placed it out to bid for a different carrier even after I had a contract. They said they were using last years pricing, told me I could go on line and apply for a loan to pay the difference. The car was already being hauled to my house. I didn't even get the choice to cancel. Filed with the Better Business Bureau and noticed 21 other cases filed for Big Ben Auto. DON'T USE THEM!
