I purchased a car and the dealership referred me to Better Haulers to transport my vehicle from Boise, ID to Kent, WA. I contacted the company and due to my unique situation (I had the check for the vehicle in the mail so the dealership couldn't release the car until it arrived but the transport company needed to leave Idaho by a certain time) they recommended several other good transport companies and gave me advice on how to lower the cost of transport. They felt that they didn't want to be in a position in which they promise one thing and aren't able to deliver. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism and had to leave this review even though I went with the other company they recommended.
