On July 7, I paid John Peters an upfront $250 fee to arrange pickup of vehicle in Alabama for delivery to West Virginia. The vehicle was to be picked up on July 11. I was told that 'they owned their own trucks' but didn't use GPS tracking on this because it would be delivered in 'one day' after pickup because the route was only 550 miles. What a fool I am, no lie!! Now, NO ONE answers my calls, except Maggie called to 'touch base' on July 13 to tell me they had no driver. Total quote was $650 but I wouldn't let these people transport my GARBAGE. I've reported them to #ReportScam as well. Now I'm scrambling to find another transporter because the entire agreement was based on timing. The current owner leaves for vacation in 48 hours. I've paid for the vehicle, have the title, but NO VEHICLE because of these con artists.
