They were honest and took care of me well as far as brokering the deal for me. The carrier though was not as good as I would have liked. The carrier (Speedy Auto Shipping) told us that they would pickup the vehicle on Wed. morning but didn't show up until late afternoon. No great but liveable. The vehicle was to be delivered on Tues. of the next week. Tuesday I call the driver but he doesn't answer. I called twice more leaving messages both times. No return call. Same problem on Wednesday. Driver finally calls on Thursday and delivers the vehicle undamaged except for all the greasy hand prints in the interior. Luckily, I was flexable on the delivery time as the only reason I called the trucker was to make sure someone was available to accept the delivery. So, the broker did fine even though the carrier they hired wasn't as good with customer service as the broker was. All in all, I would give the broker five stars and the carrier three stars.
