I am very selective when it came time to transporting my Honda Piloto EXL. This was my first time to transport a car across the state and did not know what to expect. After signing on to get info on transporting my car, like others, I received several phone calls and emails immediately. After reviewing transport reviews website, I decided on Evergreen Company due to several good reviews. I was sadly disappointed when my car sat on their bulletin board for 3 weeks and I never heard from the company. I had to be the one to call and find out the status . Hillary appeared courteous on the phone but I don't think she was ever actively working on getting my car transported. Everytime I called her, she informed me she will have to call and find out waht is going on. Needless to say, I cancelled with Evergreen and looked at onother company. I found Best Auto Transport and spoke with Stephanie. She informed me of their procedure and seemed really serious in getting my car moving. I spoke to her on a Friday and told me she would call me back next week and on Tuesday,I received a phone call from her that my car can be picked up. Granted it was very short notice and this may not have worked well for everyone but it worked out well for me. I spoke to the truck driver (Mr. Tracey Davis) who was very polite and very nice and I felt very comfortable after speaking with him that I knowI can trust him with my car. My car arrived with no damage in 4 days. I was so relieved! His company is Overall Transport and I would definitely use Mr. Tacey Davis again even if he worked for other companies. He wants to start his own carrier business someday so I know he truly takes his job seriously. He is a man you can trust with your car!
