This guy never bothered returning calls or finishing the transport- doesn't answer calls AT ALL- I'm out the $240 pre-payment. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!! There is nothing more to say than this is a NATIONAL SCAM!! He has done this to SEVERAL other people- see YELP! BEWARE- do not do this!
