SCAM!! Do not make the same mistake as me...

We originally had called them because they had the best quote around. We had signed the contract on the 11th of May for it to be picked up on May 19th. We did the electronic check because they said that was the best option for them, that was done on the 12th but like most electronic checks it takes 3-5 business days to be given. The money for the deposit was taking out of my account on May the 15th. We had already been told before we paid the deposit that there was already a driver on that route so there should not be an issue. We put our faith, and our money, into what this man had said. Mr. Powers has changed the date on our contract (I have screen shots of the originial as well as the ones he has altered) to May 28th, after only hearing from him maybe once or twice in regards to our vehicle not being picked up on the original date. Now Mr. Powers seems to refuse to do anything all together. It has been almost a month to the date that our vehicle was supposed to be picked up and it is still sitting right where we left it.
Im not sure about New York State laws, but I am about to get very aquainted with them.

So save yourself some time..save yourself some money and do NOT even concider this company for any work.
Me and my family are out of our deposit money and we still have to find someone else and come up with the money to get our vehicle here.
It is a shame that this seems to be alright for some people.
