Horrible in every which way!

These people are liars. Lied to me from the start. 3 weeks into the process and my truck is still sitting in Maryland. i was told initially that the truck (Lincoln Navigator) would be picked up w/in 2-3 days. I would call them on Friday, they said beginning of next week. Call beg of next week, they said it would be at the end of the week. no pickup. call at the end of the week, they say it will be at the beginning of the next week, and so on. I feel like a fool for thinking that they would deliver. Then they had the nerve to increase the rate. ugh! I can't stress it enough, stay away from these people. I don't know how they make any money, they never get the cars picked up. So then the girl tells me that the person handling my move was fired for giving customers inaccurate info. and they had a hard time sorting out that persons files between the other representatives there. Really? Like they have that much business. They also told me that a driver agreed to the move, but didn't leave his number so they were waiting for him to call back. i was told EVERY time i called that they would call me back. You think they did? Never. Not once in the 3 weeks dealing with these people did I ever get a call back. Even when they said that they would call me back in 20 mins. LIARS LIARS LIARS!! Can I give them a negative rating in stars. 0 stars is giving them too much credit.
