ATTN: PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!! Beckens Moving and Storage is a RIPOFF!!

This company is not as efficient as they appear to be during your initial call to request a moving quote. The movers did arrive in the time frame that was given however, they left their manners somewhere behind. The head mover was very nasty and hasty. He refused to pack some of my things because they were considered damaged in his opinion. Then he cornered me before leaving as for a tip. The hygiene of the movers were aweful!

Leading up to the week I wanted to obtain my belongings, I could not get a clear answer from Victor Saban, the manager, how the binding price of $2970 was calculated. There are no details in none of the paper work how this number was generated. I tried calling and emailing, and his response is a copy of the paperwork the mover had me signed.

Please do not be fooled by the niceness of the customer service reps during your first call!! The moving process with this company is NOT WORTH IT! I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Hopefully I will receive my belongings intact and without any damage before the month's end.
