Due to a medical emergency we had to have our van transported back from Florida. We were able to do only limited research and didn't have time for much investigation. Liz at Bears was supportive and helpful beyond all expectation. She even took on taks that were obviously mine, in order to help where it would have been time consuming or diificult in my circumstances. She stayed in touch throughout the preliminaries, which included uncertainty as to the day the car would really be available, and through to delivery. (The delay of one day in delivery was due to a truck mechanical problem, but once again I was totally informed.) Oustanding service. Ask for Liz!!!!!
