I had done plenty of research before I chose what company I would use to transport my daughters truck. Bears received the best rating by the BBB and when I first contacted them to ask questions I knew this would be the company I would be using. Liz answered all my questions and offered even more information concerning insurance and liability that I forgot to ask. The quote I received was more than resonable and there were no hidden costs.
I had a specific date that I wanted the car to be delivered by and was assured that they would get close to or on the exact day. Liz gave me her number and told me if I have any questions to call and she would answer them. I did call a couple of times and she answered them.
I was given the drivers cell phone number and he kept me well informed of pickup and delivery. I was very impressed that everytime I called either Liz or the driver that they answered or if no answer they called back within minutes. The driver was extremely flexible as the destination for delivery changed and he had no problem accomodating this chage.
Overall I had an extremely pleasant experience using Bear Transport and will use them again to get the truck back to Florida.
Thank you Bear Transport for making a stressful time.....stress free!
