Good Over-Holiday Service Delivered as Promised

I did my research and discovered that firms that low-ball prices can't deliver, because a broker can't convince a transporter to execute at a low-ball price. Disreputable firms will promise a low price to get their hooks in, but nothing will happen until you raise the price to a level attractive to a transporter.

I was concerned about delays since I needed to ship from Illinois to southern California over Thanksgiving, as other firms indicated I had to wait past the weekend. I chose Bears because of their proximity and quality ratings. Liz at Bears was professional throughout, and made it possible for me to contact her even while away from the office and on her own time. She offered a fair price, and just as important, found the carrier ATM Express the same day; ATM's Tomas picked the car up the morning of the next, and despite some minor mechanical trouble with the truck, the car was delivered on time and in good shape by Tomas. Fast, quality service over a holiday weekend! I will use them again.
