The customer service I received from Bears was excellent, in terms of the dispatching. The driver called and said he had already arrived to pick up the car when he was really three hours away, which caused some confusion and wasn't appreciated; however, the Bears customer service team stayed in close contact with me throughout the entire process and ensured that the driver knew he had to be more accurate with his time estimates when it came delivering the vehicle.

Everything worked out great, and the vehicle was delivered early in perfect condition.
