After trying a few shippers, all with great reviews and 5 ratings, just to get a solid date one day and consistently failing when it got close to the day, We finally found Bears. Bears by far stands out from their competition and succeeded in gaining our business through extraordinary customer service, diligent follow ups, and being there all the way through, baby sitting, the whole process.A totally different approach and a totally appreciated one.

If you want to deal with real people and be treated as real people, use Bears. If there is a problem as there was initially in our case, you don't want anyone look after you and your car but Bears. I paid $950 for this shipment although I had quotes from $760 to $1050 from others that turned out to be no shows i.e. no follow ups after we deiced to use them. Bears follows up with you sometime few time during the day to ensure the driver gets to you on time or if they don't (as initially happened in our case), they get the driver replaced quickly. Our move was particulary difficult as I was driving from Toronto to give the car in Niagara Falls to be taken to Austin. Bears coordinated this so immaculately that we didn't have to leave the car at a terminal that would have costed us more money and more uncertainty. The truck company they used were professional, cordial, and most importantly punctual.

I know Bears going to be a leading transport company as any company that conducts business in such a preofessional and customer-focued mannerwill, tremendously and in no time.

Last advice: call Bears!, only if you are serious about shipping your car.
