No fault of Bears Transport, but we had a hiccup over the pick up because of a poor carrier. The dispatchers at Bear Transport reacted quickly, arranged another carrier and the car was picked up within 3 hours. The driver kept in contact during the trip. Delivery was seamless and on time. Thank you for your excellent customer service! Will definitely use again.
