I called at least ten companies getting quotes and information in regards to shipping my classic Mercedes-Benz Roadster.Frank from Bears Transport returned my call immediately Next he patiently listened to my inqueries and concerns.He then offered a pick up date several days earlier then the other companies,assured me the driver and carrier would be on time,safe and reliable.On top of excellent customer service Bears Transport gave me a more than fair quote,which they honored,no added fees or unexpected charges.Next Liz of Bears Transport efficiently expedited all necessary reciepts and contracts.I received door to door service,pick up was early,delivery was early(6 days total delivery time) and my car is in perfect condition.Deal Auto Transport drivers Donnie and Tammy were couteous and kept me updated throughout the delivery of my vehicle.The carrier they used was well maintained and clean.Im planning my return delivery in september with Bears Transport and would highly recommend them to anyone that loves their car,is on a tight schedule, and wants excellent service at a reasonable price.
