After dealing unsuccessfully with another transport company for over a month and getting nothing but excuses and frustration when my e-mails were never answered and phone inquiries wouldn't be returned for several days at a time, I called Bears Transportation. The lady with whom I spoke was very professional and extremely helpful. After taking my information it was less than 90 minutes later when she called back to say she had a confirmed pick-up sometime within the next two days (there was severe weather at the origin) and a delvery one day after pick-up. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process (not the recorded messages I got all the time with the first company I tried). I was kept informed when the vehicle was to be picked up, notified again when it was actually picked up, given the name and contact information of the driver, and the driver called me when he was approximately 30 minutes from the destination. The drivers were completely professional, clean-cut, extremely careful, and very nice. In addition, it helped that they shared an obvious love of classic cars. Having exceeded my expectations, I was completely satisfied with Bears Transportation and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting relaible, professional, careful vehicle transportation. Their customer service and communication put them head and shoulders above others. Throughout the entire process Bears Transportation did an OUTSTANDING job!
