I didn't have a clue what to expect when it came to transporting a car across country. This was a totally new experience, nor did I know anyone else who had experience with having a car transported. I did my homework as best I could, talked to a few people before calling Bears Transport. Time was of the essence and I decided that it was time to make up my mind. I had my mind set on another company until I spoke with Frank. He allayed my fears, took the time to answer ALL my questions, and did not pressure me at all. He's a great salesman in that way. The car was picked up when he said it would be, the drivers were on time at both points, and they delivered the car a day early! The drivers called to let me know when, meaning the day to expect the car, reminded me of the balance, and kept me posted along the way. When I arrived, the car was off the truck and ready to go. I would absolutely use Bears again if the need every arose!
