Liz was great. Excellent customer service and response time - answered all my questions, relieved my worries, provided contact numbers to driver who was responsive. Car arrived in good shape and w/in the delivery window (just in time!) Considering distance covered and pick up through a friend on the other end, went smoothly. Good price, excellent customer service.
