Sales order process with Jay M. was quick and efficient. Afterwards, a nightmare - no contact from the driver for almost a week. Phone calls to driver went unreturned and there were no status updates of any kind. Feedback provided to sales agent after delivery was answered with a courtesy call from "manager" but he was unwilling to even give me a $50 refund on a $675 charge for a car that took 9 days to deliver between NJ and Florida. Save yourself some aggravation and use the AutoTrain.
