Had the worst experience with BWT Group Logistics. Specifically with broker Kobie Johnson and his manager Oksana. I had contracted two trips; one to pick my motorcycle up in CA and deliver to MT then a second to pick the pick up in UT and deliver back to CA. On both trips I was quoted a competitive price but then day before pick up told no drivers would take the job for that price. In once case the cost when from $600 to $950 and in the second from $370 to $500. Worst than that, one the first trip the driver did not deliver door to door as promised and on second trip, driver was confirmed twice and never showed up. Kobe didn't bother to tell me. When I called he just said "I am already working on finding you another driver" as if this made it all better.
