If I Could give them a negative 5 I would. I would like to cancel this contract due to improper pricing/ estimate. The quote originally given though I understand if just an estimate almost doubled going from 1350 to 3600. Totally unexceptible. Then your employees proceeded to come back with some lower bids. Driver they had was one chosen by them without giving me a proper notice
Beforehand to properly plan and set up my moving arrangements. They basically used a bait and Switch move. Get you with low rates then at least minute after telling you constantly they are working on your driver. They have no one in area at the moment. Then when you tell them you want out of contract they mysteriously have someone but they are 3 times the value (might be different for other individuals) I had to contact them and when they contact via text. It is this Hey, Mike how are you doing today? We are in the process of assigning drivers in WA for you, I'll call you ASAP with his information. And you get this every day. Only if you reach out
