I was quoted a price with 3 weeks notice to delivery date. Day of delivery I was told it would be almost double the price because of gas prices, etc. Gas prices have dropped over 30 cents a gallon stove the original quote. I used this service as opposed to flying and driving the car back based on the pricing. Now I'll eat the more expensive plane ticket and fly anyway to drive it back. I asked to have the contact canceled. They said they have 5 days even though we all know they can just click the cancel button on their screen. I told them to just do the right thing and cancel our Is leave a bad report here and on BBB where they have an F rating already. I was then offered a $200 discount to still use them. I said no (shouldn't have tried to over charge me before) and just told them to cancel. I was told they'd cancel. 24 hours later they still have not canceled. So apparently dishonest practices and treating customers poorly is standard business practice with Movewheels/BWT. And yes, I have all of this in text messages with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
